Lok Satta founder and former IAS officer Jayaprakash Narayana said Chief Minister-elect YS Jagan Mohan Reddy can overcome financial crisis in Andhra Pradesh by asking the BJP-led NDA government to waive loans and allow the state to issue government bonds. He gave advice to YS Jagan to set up regional councils in Rayalaseema and north coastal districts. Local MPs and MLAs should be given the freedom to take up developmental works on a priority basis through regional councils. Jayaprakash stated that Jagan can decentralise power by setting up regional councils and can develop second-rung leadership.
