Congress legislature Lingaiah to join TRS today

Hyderabad: Congress MLA from Nakrekal Chirumarthi Lingaiah confirmed that he is going to join ruling TRS in the presence of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad on Wednesday. On Tuesday, along with Nakrekal former MLA Vemula Veeresham, he spoke to the media in Nakrekal and stated that the duo would strive for the victory of party's Bhongir MP candidate Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud with thumping majority in the upcoming Parliament elections.


He assured that irrespective of old and new leaders and cadre, he would extend his help to all to strengthen the party in Nakrekal constituency. Former MLA Vemula Veeresham said he was welcoming MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah and his associates into partyfold and assured his cooperation to them in the interest of the party. Stating that he doesn't have any differences with Lingaiah, Veeresham advised the cadre to work collectively to secure highest majority for Narsaiah Goud. Telangana State Forest Department Corporation chairman and party district president Banda Narender Reddy and party's local party attended the press meet.
