Two-day International youth leadership summit starts in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The two-day international youth leadership summit has begun here on Saturday, which was organized by Telangana Jagruti-a cultural organization led by Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha. It is titled as Telangana Jagruti International Youth Leadership Conference-2019 (TJIYLC). The summit brings together leaders from different walks of life and serves as a point of confluence for young professionals, students, innovators, and policymakers to come together and build consensus on critical development agenda.


The cross-cutting theme for this international summit is “The Gandhian path to sustainability and innovation”. In her opening address Kavitha said that TJIYLC-2019 will facilitate a process that strengthens effective youth participation in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various global issues, related to the process of defining the future global development framework from a Gandhian perspective.


Padmabhushan Anna Hazare, SAP former general secretary Arjun Bahadur and others attended the conference as special guests. Governor ESL Narasimhan is going to attend valedictory function on Sunday evening. About 550 representatives from 130 countries across the globe along with 40 eminent personalities from different sectors have taken part in this meeting.
