Police to give shock to Employees

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Traffic Police have been taking strict measures to prevent road mishaps happening under the influence of alcohol. As many as 724 drunk drivers were taken into custody in the first 15 Days of 2019. During this period, A fine amount of Rs 15.46 lakh was paid by the traffic violators. Which means, Revenue generated is anywhere around Rs 1 lakh per Day.

While One Person has been sentenced to prison for 2 Months, Another Person received 1 month sentence and Two Persons got 10 Days of Jail Term. About 15 Drunk Drivers were sent to jail for 5 days. While 4 Persons got 4 days imprisonment, 13 Persons received 3 days jail term. As many as 43 People were sentenced for 2 days. Altogether, 79 People were awarded imprisonment.

Driving Licenses of 10 Drunk Drivers has been cancelled permanently. Another 46 Persons received suspension for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Until now, Hyderabad Cops used to make the Traffic Rules violators attend counselling session in the presence of their family members. Police have been now informing about bad conduct of drunk drivers to their bosses. Recently, Cops brought the matter notice of HR Department when a Techie was caught in a drunken drive check and the Company initiated action. So, Your job could at risk if you were caught drunken driving!
