Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Odisha CMs to attend the spiritual event

Vijayawada: The Chief Ministers of Telangana state, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha are expected to participate in a three-day spiritual event on the banks of the Krishna river at Vijayawada being organised by the Visakhapatnam-based Sharada Peetham seer Swami Swaroopanandendra Saraswati.


The pontiff’s disciple Kiran Kumar Sarma is to undertake sanyasa at the event and will be annointed the successor.


Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan and Chief Ministers Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, K. Chandrasekhar Rao Naveen Patnaik are expected to participate in the event that runs from June 15 to 17.


The three Chief Ministers would take part in the event where the balaswami (junior pontiff) will be annointed.
