YS Jagan has announced 'Rythu Bharosa' input subsidy scheme for Andhra farmers

The Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy-led Andhra Pradesh government has announced to implement the welfare scheme from this October instead of its original launch slated for 2020. AP CM Jagan Reddy has announced ‘Rythu Bharosa’ input subsidy scheme for Andhra farmers. All farmers (including tenant farmers) under the scheme, will get Rs 12,500 a year as an incentive or input subsidy before the sowing (Rabi and Kharif) seasons begin. CM Jagan during his review meeting with Agriculture department has scrapped the ‘Annadata Sukhibhava’ input subsidy programme, that was launched by the previous Telugu Desam Party government.
