EC arranges 33 counting halls at AU

It's all set ready for the votes counting process at Andhra University in Visakhapatnam. The elections officials have arranged 33 counting halls. For 3 Lok Sabha seats, 34 candidates are in the race, and for 15 Assembly seats, 176 candidates have contested in the elections which were held on 11 April.


The counting process will begin at 8 am on 23 May (Thursday). It's said that the Araku Parliament results are likely to be delayed. With 1272 police forces huge security arrangements are made at the counting center. The 144 section is implemented and there is no permission for rallies and processions in the city.
