Srinagar, Jan 13 (IANS) Minimum temperature throughout Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh remained notches below the freezing point on Thursday as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast rise in day temperatures and further drop in night temperatures in the two UTs.
