TSRTC decides not to Apply Additional Charges this Sankranti

Although APS RTC is selling tickets at 50% more than the actual price during the Sankranti festival, Telangana State RTC is acting differently. The festival is trying to impress travelers without raising any additional charges. The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has good news for passengers during the Sankranti festival. Announced that no additional charges will be levied on special buses.

RTC MD VC Sajjanar said that 4,322 special buses were being run to various parts of AP including Telangana in the wake of Sankranti festival. There are 3,338 special buses in Telangana and 984 in AP. He said the special buses would run till January 14. He clarified that no additional charges would be levied on these services.

In addition to the special buses, 3,400 regular buses from NGBS and 1,200 from JBS will run as usual. He said 200 special officers have been appointed to manage the buses. Information about buses He announced two helpline numbers. NGBS can be contacted at 9959226257 and JBS at 9959226246.

Sajjanar urged the people to take advantage of these services. TS RTC has appointed special officers for NGBS, JBS, CBS, Miyapur X Roads, Ameerpet, Telephone Bhavan, Jeedimetla, Uppal X Roads and LB Nagar. APSRTC also said it was operating 6,970 special buses. These buses will run from January 7 to 18. However, it will charge 50 per cent more than regular charges. APSRTC Managing Director D.S. Thirumala Rao mentioned. People were asked to understand the situation.
