by Suryaa |

Smartphone explosions have recently caused a stir. News of OnePlus Nord 2 exploding in three consecutive incidents has caused a stir among the existing customers. In another incident, a Galaxy smartphone exploded. There are many reasons for a smartphone to explode, ranging from errors in factory-made smartphone manufacturing to minor mistakes made by users. That is why users need to take precautions.

Check for Defects
When buying a new smartphone, be sure to check the mobile before using it. Check for any defects in the preparation. The panel should look whole. You have to see if the smartphone is a bit bloated anywhere. The smartphone will be a bit bloated, if there are problems with the battery. If the smartphone looks a bit bloated, return it immediately and replace it with a new one.

Don't charge overnight
Users usually make many mistakes when it comes to charging. Charging is put on overnight when it takes an hour or two for the smartphone to be fully charged. Keeping the power cable connected to the smartphone for six hours is dangerous.  The smartphone may explode in case of a short circuit. If the battery suddenly drops after a few days of using the smartphone, monitor the battery performance for a couple of days. If necessary, reset the smartphone. If the battery drains quickly even after reset, it should be taken to the service center.

Background Apps
Some apps work in the background. Even if you do not use your smartphone, the apps will continue to run in the background, draining the battery. The smartphone heats up due to this and it will explode if it overheats. So, uninstall any such unnecessary apps.

Placing of Phones
We see more and more incidents of smartphones exploding in jeans pants pockets. The reason is that there is intense pressure from the top of the smartphone. The smartphone is placed in front of the car while traveling. The sun heats up the smartphone leading to exploding.

Third-Party cables
The use of third party cables and chargers is dangerous. The charger and cable that came with the purchase of the smartphone,  should only be used for charging.
