Vice President takes part in Sankranthi celebrations

Hyderabad: Sankranthi Celebrations have been conducted on a grand note under the patronage of Swarna Bharat Trust at Muchintal in Samsabad mandal. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad have participated in the event. Sankranthi festival and its various rich and vibrant cultural heritage of Telugu people have been presented in the programme in the forms of various cultural activities pertaining with the shows of Gangireddi and others. Some of the cultural activities of the festival have drawn the attention of the people.
