Amaravathi: Tollywood comedian and actor  Ali met all the three major parties in Andhra Pradesh for few weeks. Finally, he joined YSR Congress Party with the hope of being on the winning side post 2019 Elections.

YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy welcomed everyone who is willing to join YSRCP but he didn't offer ticket to most of them. Many prominent personalities and senior politicians joined YCP in the past three weeks for contesting elections. In the end, Jagan preferred fielding only those candidates who have personal image and capable of emerging victorious.

Ali has been in politics since 1999. He remained as a normal party worker in TDP until recently. TDP took his proposal seriously only after he came in touch with YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Although CM Chandrababu Naidu has personally invited him to be in active politics, Ali preferred strengthening the leadership of Jagan due to the gut feeling he have on YSRCP's winning chances in 2019 Polls. Still, His name went missing in the candidates list announced by Jagan on Sunday. He will have to wait for another 5 years to contest elections. When will his dream gets fulfilled?
