Eating apples is healthy. But Do You Know the Benefits of Apple Peel?

Usually people peel off the skin of an apple to eat it. They think that the peel contains bacteria, harmful fungus or drugs. But that's not the case. Apple peel has many benefits. Eating an apple along with its peel boosts the immune system. It is rich in Vitamin C, Potassium, Polyphenols and Flavonoids.

Apple Skin Tea
Apple peel can be used to make delicious tea. Take water in a bowl, add a little cinnamon and boil. After a few minutes, add apple peel and let it boil. Add honey according to your taste and drink the tea. Cinnamon and apple both have amazing health benefits.

Apple Cider Vinegar:
You can make apple cider vinegar at home. Add a few apple peelings, a little sugar and water in a bottle and mix. Add sugar to it and boil it in a bowl. Put it in a bottle, cover with a lid or cloth and keep for about 3-4 weeks.

Apple Chips:
We all love simple and healthy snacks. Apple chips are a great snack. In a skillet, add some butter, cinnamon and sugar. Then add apple peelings and fry. Apple chips are ready.

Apple Jam:
Making apple jam is very easy and can be done at home. In a skillet, take apple peels and water. Boil until it is softened. Add sugar according to your taste and boil. Then squeeze 1/2 cup lemon juice and mix well. Place the mixture in an airtight bottle and keep it in the refrigerator. You can eat it after a few hours.
