Tea is an addiction for many people. When they wake up in the morning, if a cup of chai does not fall into their throat, they do not feel anything anymore. For some, their routine begins with tea.


Some studies have shown that drinking tea is good, while others show that drinking tea is not too good. In short, do not drink too much. If you drink in moderation, the stimulants in tea are good for you. It is also known that drinking tea on an empty stomach would have a negative impact.


Caffeine in tea increases alertness. But drinking too much of it turned out to be very dangerous. It's also a bit harmful with some of the snacks we take with tea. These implications come with some snacks that we often chew while drinking tea. In addition, drinking tea in a plastic cup increases the risk of developing diseases such as cancer. If you drink too much hot tea or if you are in the habit of drinking too much hot tea, avoid it immediately. Otherwise, if you drink tea that is too hot, there is a chance that you may get cancer. Recent research has shown that people who drink tea that is hotter than 75 degrees Celsius daily are twice as likely to develop esophageal cancer. Not only throat cancer but also stomach related problems like acidification and ulcers.

According to research conducted by IIT Kharagpur, if a person drinks tea in a paper or plastic cup 3 or 4 times a day, 75,000 tiny plastic particles will get into the body.


Nutritious Dry Fruits, Eating Vegetables is Very Good for Health. But if these are taken along with tea, it is sure to become poisonous. Goitrogens are found in cabbage, cauliflower, radish, broccoli, brussels sprouts, turnips and soybeans. So eating these vegetables along with tea can lead to illness.


Eat puddings and pakoras with tea? But drinking chai along with similar dishes made with lentils will deplete the nutrients in your body. Stomach upset such as abdominal pain and diarrhoea can also occur.


Is Lemon Tea Good?
The number of people who repeatedly squeeze lemon juice into tea to enhance the taste of tea is gradually increasing. But doctors warn that drinking lemon juice mixed with tea is not good for health.


Tea along with eggs?
Eating food made with eggs and drinking tea is not good at all. Gradually this combination leads to irreversible diseases of the stomach and digestive system. The tannic acid in tea, along with the protein in the egg, converts the tannic acid into a protein compound that causes gastrointestinal diseases.


The use of whole grains has increased due to their health benefits. As part of this, an increasing number of people are dragging their recipes with tea. Such a combination can cause anaemia and zinc deficiency. Although sprouts are actually rich in iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium, they can be harmful when mixed with tea.
