Facing sleep issues due to Busy Life ? Here are some tips for a good sleep...

Busy life, stressful work, unhealthy eating habits and today’s trend are well-known reasons for the health issues that are being faced by everyone these days. Daily activities such as eating, sleeping and waking up in the morning should be done at a particular time. But nowadays there is no such following of time and these activities are not being done at the time that they have to be done. It is no exaggeration to say, however, that insomnia is one of the most common problems faced by youngsters in recent years. Everyone is currently leading a stressful life in a sophisticated lifestyle. It is a well known fact that many people fall asleep in this order but have serious problems with sleep. But don’t worry there are some ways to fall asleep for whatever the reasons are and here they are,


1. FIXED TIMINGS:
Get in the habit of going to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time. Even on weekends, do not change these timings. Also, wake up closer to the sunrise. Do not take sleep during the day as much as possible. Do not sleep for more than a quarter of an hour unless absolutely necessary and do not go to bed immediately if you feel intoxicated before you go to bed, you will wake up in the middle of the night. Do things like call a friend or arrange the clothes you need for the next day.


2. PROPER LIGHTING CONDITIONS:
Make sure the room you sleep in cool and dark atmosphere. Do not use heavy curtains on bedroom windows. If you use dim night light in the hall or in front of the bathroom, you will not have any problem getting up at night.


3.EXERCISE:
Exercise can help you lose weight and makes you tired which further helps you in getting good sleep.


4. REDUCE USAGE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES BEFORE SLEEP:
Activities such as using smartphones or laptops and watching TV which emits blue light will have a bad impact on your sleep. So, reduce these activities before sleep.


5. HAVE A SHOWER OR BATH BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP:
Taking a shower or bath before going to sleep makes you feel relaxed and improves sleep.
